Well, I saved this bench from the garbage man. It actually had a heart cutout on the front and back of it. I had my husband remove the front and back pieces and make new ones. He even made the bottom shelf on it to make it more sturdy. Then I made my magic on it. Doesn't it look great! And it was free! Sorry the pictures aren't the greatest. It is in my hallway and I had a heck of a time trying to get a good picture of it. But the stuff on top of it is just temporary. I haven't found the grouping for it yet. LOL.
Here it is in the hallway outside my bedroom door. I had to squeeze up against the wall to get a good picture. But I just wanted to share with you my bench my hubby helped me spruce up.

Your bench is just great. I have been looking for one to put in my gazebo. Read some of your past posts. You have some really nice items in the booth. I tryed selling that way but it did not work out in my area. If you would not mind shipping maybe you could feature some items from time to time in your posts. Good luck!
Thanks girls....and @colonialhomestead if you are interested in any of the items pictured in the booth post let me know and I could shoot you some prices. I actually was thinking of just putting my things up here to sell b/c the booth I have here is not working out. But if anyone is interested just shoot me an email. Its on the side. I will gladly ship it out to you. Thanks again guys! *hugs* Gen
The hearts were probably nice in their day but I love what you did with it. Green is my FAVORITE color! :) I just wanted to thank you for the chat last night. I hope you didn't have a hard time getting up this morning.... I really would of called you if you wanted me too! *laughing*

Debbie if you called me I would have killed you. LOL. Yeah, it was a little hard getting up that morning but the kids got me out of bed by 8. Ugg....thank god for coffee. Anyways, thank you for the chat. As always, it was a blast!
Hey Genevieve, I love your blog and love all the things you make too..I love your booth as well..have you tried selling on etsy? it is super cheap..20 cents a listing and it lasts for a couple of months..I am interested in your pineapple that you painted? is it still for sale? have a wonderful weekend..I am now following your blog and I know I will find lots of inspiration here.;)
@Gina, I was thinking about etsy but I was trying to compare that with ebay or just starting up my own site. I have to go over the math....But, yes the pineapple I believe still it hasn't sold yet. I have handpainted it myself and I am unsure the price I had on it. But I am going to go back there and take a peek. If you leave me your email I can get back to you and give you a price for it. Or if you like you can email me your address at oldepearprimitives@gmail.com. Have a wonderful week and thanks for stopping by!
*hugs* Gen
